What is your approach to photography?
My approach to photography is to keep things natural & candid. Making people feel relaxed in front of the camera. I search for moments when you don't know I'm there. .. a visual storyteller,.. I am inspired by nature, emotion and connection. My photography is driven by storytelling, I want to know about you, what makes you laugh, what you love, where you’ve been and all the details in between.
I search for moments when you don’t know I’m there, when you are lost in a moment together and all I can see is raw love that only the two of you know. I look for that when I photograph people, whether it be on top of a mountain with a newlywed couple, a tender moment between mother and daughter or an inside joke shared between best friends. Love is all around us and that’s what drives me.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based in Melbourne and yes I absolutely love to travel! Tell me about your plans and I'm sure we can work something out!
When will we get our photos?
I'll always send you through some highlights of our time together within 48 hours.
Then, I'll get to work on the rest of your photos - making sure they’re looking their best & edited with my signature look and style.
Between 4 to 8 weeks, you’ll receive a link to your online gallery. You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and order prints! If you have chosen one of our boxed packages this will be arriving at your front door not long after.
How many images will we receive?
For every hour we spend together you will receive around 50 images. So from a 8 hours coverage wedding, you will receive between 400 to 600 fully edited images. I always choose quality rather than quantity and that''s why I will choose the best and more significant photos to tell your story but still always give you plenty of options.
Will you post photos from our time together online?
This is a wonderful way for me to display some of my recent work and also for your friends and family to see a selection of photos of your wedding. From time to time I will post a photo of your wedding on my Instagram, this is an important part of promoting my work. Some weddings will go on my website as a blog post, I curate an album of photos that highlight the most special parts of the day and post this on my blog with a few details about your wedding day.
